Personal Trainer General Terms and Conditions

 

 

  1. Participation in any tests and future exercise is voluntary.

  2. It is your full responsibility to inform you trainer of any difficulties you perceive or experience as well as any changes to your physical and medical condition.

  3. If you have any reservations or doubts, please voice these concerns and ask for an explanation or clarification

  4. You consent to being aware of your own health and physical condition and having knowledge that your participation in this programme and fitness testing procedures may be injurious to your health and you are voluntarily participating in personal training sessions with Sara Black personal training.  You hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in the programme.

  5. All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

  6. The client is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear and bring water to each session.

  7. All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme

 

Cancellation policy

 

  1. 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments

  2. Notice of less than 24 hours notice will incur full payment of the session fee – or a session deducted from the block of training purchased

  3. If the trainer cancels at short notice, the cancelled session will be added to the block of sessions purchased

 

Lateness policy

 

  1. If the client is late for a session the session will not be extended unless the trainer agrees.

  2. If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session

 

Fee Charging policy

 

  1. Payment for single sessions must be made at the time of booking.

  2. Block bookings must be paid in advance BUT sessions do not have to be booked in advance.  However, all sessions must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase

  3. All monies paid are non-refundable

  4. If the client’s medical condition changes making it unsafe to participate in exercise, the balance of the block booking will be refunded to the client.  A letter from a medical practitioner must be provided.
